Financing Process

At Ingersoll Rand Financial Services we’re focused on providing you world-class customer service coupled with quick turnarounds and simple documentation. It’s our goal to make your financing experience simple, flexible and stress-free.

1. Application

  • Application is faxed to IRFS
  • The application is reviewed and a decision is rendered
  • The sales contact is notified of the decision

2. Documents

  • IRFS prepares and sends out the required documents
  • The customer signs and returns the documents along with a tax exempt certificate (if applicable)
  • The sales contact is notified by IRFS that the financing is all set

3. Installation

  • The equipment is shipped and installed
  • The customer signs and faxes IRFS the Delivery & Acceptance Certificate
  • The invoice is faxed to IRFS
  • The lease begins and the customer's first monthly payment is due in approximately 30 days
